Shipping policy

Card Landing ships trading cards and mystery packs from the United States. This is the shipping policy used at checkout. A longer FAQ version also lives on our Shipping page.

Processing and delivery times

Most orders are shipped within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier.

Orders within the United States are typically expected to arrive within 7–10 business days. International delivery times vary by country.

We currently ship throughout the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, and select European countries.

Combined shipping

Yes. As long as all the cards are purchased in the same order, shipping will be combined at checkout.

Larger orders may be split into multiple packages to help keep everything protected during shipping.

Tracking

We provide tracking for orders over $25. Tracking information is emailed to you after the order is submitted. If you choose a higher shipping option at checkout, we can also apply tracking to smaller orders.

Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping as shown in the store header and at checkout.

Lost or delayed packages

Once an order is with the carrier, delays can happen. If your package has not arrived after 30 days of purchase, we will give you a full refund.

How cards are packaged

Packaging depends on the card value and size of the order.

For smaller orders of lower-priced cards, each card is placed in a penny sleeve, with up to two cards per top loader, then secured together in a team bag. Cards valued over $10 are placed in their own top loader for extra protection.

Slabs are wrapped in bubble protection, placed inside a bubble mailer, and then boxed with packing material to help prevent damage during shipping.
